I have posted in this forum twice each time to just take not to give, please forgive me its just I find it really hard to read the threads in here and they trigger me into depression.

So I dig my head in the sand and only come here when desperate.

I would like to thank all of you who have helped me.

Thank you ! Sorry.

I find it hard to read the threads in here too.

I used to think I was good at giving advice, but that wasn't for real problems, things which consume people like they do on here, on here I'm practically clueless on how to read people.

So if I do read a thread I take note of what people say, but I don't necessarily post.

*hugs*

Just letting you know you're not the only one :P

Hmmm. I sorta do that as well. I don't stop reading cus it triggers my depression, but more because I loose my concentration on the really long posts after about 5 seconds, although I think that is something to do with depression.

No Problems btw

I find it unbearable to read the posts in the depression forum when I am feeling better. I think people here understand. Don't beat yourself up.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
