the past few days ive been feeling real bad i keep haveing all these thoughts, and i keep remembeing some past stuff and its bringing up up a lot of bad feeling like guilt and shame and saddness, i feel so alone ive never told anyone person all of my past and i dont have anyone to talk to and im so teired of this. i dont know why im writting this i dont expect anyone to read it or even understand, but my head is all fogged up and i dont know maybe i just need some sleep. havent been sleeping real well lately. anyways sorry to bother anyone.

Hi brokengirl,
Do you see a psychologist? If not, give it a shot. Nothing to lose by doing so. I've found personally for me that sleep deprivation only contributes to feeling bad, physically and mentally. Keeping a journal is helpful too, even if you don't write in it every day. ![]()
