Nope. Because even when life sucks, there's something worth fighting for. There's always something in the back of your mind that you love, that you still care about.

However, it's always okay to ask for help if you need it.

You have to keep fighting, try to find something you once loved to do, and try doing it again, or just try remembering things you like to do and set small goals to regain doing them again. I feel a lot like giving up and sometimes don't think I can go on no more, but something inside me keeps me going. Keep fighting, thing will turn around for us soon.

Roz...so many times I just want to give up....to say f... it and end it! But I have my 12 yo dd and my therapist who I seek weekly who convinced me that I have to stay here, if not for myself, for her and my family... So I try, I try every day to find a reason to get up. Nights are difficult, but some how I survive them...

Don't give up Roz, we're here for you!
