For anyone who is interested, there is a terrific lay lead depression and bipolar support group that meets every monday night at 6 p.m. at UCLA. If anyone in the LA area is interested, I can pass along the information.

Not sure about posting rules. Where do I go to discuss my struggles with depresion? Is this the correct forum?
