I am still here awaiting for them to let me go, I am waiting for my Pdoc and therapist here to sign off, in the meantime my therapist is here with me, and is letting me use my laptop. I will be leaving here in the next few hours. I feel a little better, just alot open wounds that need to heal i guess. They have me on new meds i hope i can keep myself on these, we will see i guess. hope everyone is okay. im going to need some support to get thru the next few weeks of rough emotional therapy. i really need to open up about some things so i can let them heal. i have a very low self esteem right now so bear with me please - i feel im not good enough for anything but i hope that changes soon.
im sorry for always being the down one around here, i have been in a downward spiral for a while now, these new meds make me dizzy and nauseas and i can not stop moving my legs at times, but i have to wait it out for the next week or two- i will now have to see my therapist at least twice a week for the next few weeks- just wanted to update you all -

(((purple))) thank you for letting us know, may i say you sound better and prevent making you feel you have to sound that way for any reason other than it being true? im so (what is the word?) pleased to see your progress and never feel wrong when days are cloudier.. it happens to us all... but right now, i cant express so much what im feeling... im just glad to hear from you and that you are making it
