Make a list, do one thing at a time and remember to breath, relax and don't panic, things always seem worse before you start doing them.
Listen to your favorite music, meditate when you can and tell yourself it's not that much, it will be done quickly.

id suggest taking your time, work out what you'd want done first and focus on that thing in particular. Try not to think about everything you want to do all at once, if this happens give yourself time out for 10 minutes (or bit more depending on how overwhelmed you feel) and do something you'll enjoy and feel rewarded by.
And don't forget to allow yourself some 'me time' and time to relax

All good suggestions, Aries, and I do the same myself, sometimes making lists, and checking them off as I complete or accomplish them.
Sometimes I get nothing done, but have learned not to beat myself up over this. Last week I returned to my teaching job for the year. My house turned into a cyclone site, but I just told myself, "Just get to work and do your job," and don't worry about anything else. Sometimes you have to do that!
