For over a year now, I have been bringing a wheeled backpack into the clean room here at work-in it I carry my tools (that are ONLY used in said clean room), my notes about my job, and my medication. This pack has a flap that covers the wheels when I take it into the clean room. When I first started to bring it in here, one of the supervisors in the clean room, went to the plant manager to tell him about the wheels possibly wheeling in contamination, and when I showed the plant manager the flap, he ok'd it. Today I was told that it is NOT clean room approved and that I can not bring it in here anymore. Yet for the last year it has been just fine. I don't know if I am imagining things or if the feeling that I am being picked on, for whatever reason, is valid. I am sitting here at work crying right now, because this has me very upset.

Hi Soveh;
I don't think you are being picked on, I know you have been bringing that pack in for over a year, but rules change and sometimes employees are the last to know. But if you still feel this way, is there anyway you can talk calmly with your manager or HR? I always found out things the hard way too and alway felt I was being picked on, but rules do change or manager moods change and you are just in the line of fire.

Take care and please don't let the jerks bug you and get you upset.

I am trying to do better, but while at work I may not be able to come in here or into support chat for much longer-they say they need a note faxed from my psychiatrist saying that this site is essential to my health and well-being, as well as to keeping me on track for my job. I he won't do that, then the internet will be jerked from the clean room here.

to answer another question...I can't seem to help it, but whenever something like this comes up at work, and they call me into a meeting about it...I can't stop the tears, no matter how hard I try...that all by itself is frustrating.
