If you can find your voice threw typing it out ...it may help you alot Sometimes i know there are no words to describe it It just sorta sits in the bottom of your stomach. Go ahead and cry if you need to.....that does help at times I know you maybe are crying on the inside.... When i get sad I go very very quiet..... Or I pretend nothing is wrong. Then my answer is i am *ok* If you can find the words at some point It will help alot I know they are hard to find May you know I care Muffy |
