For the past month I was feeling good, although I wasn't getting much sleep at night (about two hours, max). My energy level was higher than it had been in the last three years. I joined this forum, got out of bed, got out of the house, actually took my time at the grocery store instead of almost running thru the aisles just to get back home.
Then yesterday I started feeling bad. The darkness is at my doorstep and knocking, knocking....... Demon Gin is calling...........
I feel sick, I'm tired, I don't want to feel this way.

Was there something that happened yesterday to cause the change in your mood and outlook?
Is it possible the lack of sleep caught up with you? I wouldn't be able to function on so little sleep.

I hope you can find a more positive way to cope than gin. Do you have a counselor or friend you can talk to?
Be strong and keep posting.......we're here for you.

I'm sorry you're feeling so bad. (((((((((((((((yutzman)))))))))))))))))))))

best wishes,

I'm sorry Yutzman.... But you did have a good month. You can't get better all at once. Keep working, you will have a good month again..... The good times will get longer and more frequent and the bad shorter and less frequent until you are done with your work.

I am sorry that you have had a lapse in healing. It is never easy when for even short periods that you feel good about something, then have it all fall apart. I do hope that you find that peace of mind and that with time you get better. I too am fighting every day to keep me well. I was on 2 meds, but cut one out since I do not like to take a lot of medication. I take them mostly so that I stay somewhat calm and sleep. I don't know if you are on meds or not, but if you are not I would recommend that you try them. They do have a good use as long as we do not abuse them. You have my heart felt wish that your life goes better and that you heal soon.....
