Sorry if I seem a bit dim about this, but could someone tell me when the chats are? I've looked on the calendar, but I thought that there was a chat on depression on a Wednesday night at 10.00pm (UK time)... but then it says there's one on a Thursday too?

I'm a bit confused

Also, could someone who's been in these chats tell me a bit about what to expect because I keep telling myself I'll join in on one (been saying so for months), but a bit unsure.

Thanks,
Molly

I join the one on Wed nights (it's with bipolar I believe) and you just go in, usually everyone says hi, sometimes someone has something they really need to talk about, sometimes mlp will have subjects for us to focus on. Talk if you want, or just listen. Come and go as you feel like. You don't have to stay for the whole thing, don't have to get there for the beginning (obviously more helpful if you do, but I don't always make it). mlp is so encouraging and loving and makes everyone feel like they are the most person in the chat. I'd say give it a try, you can always leave. BTW, how are you today?

I'm not too bad today thanks I'm occupying myself trying to littler train my new rabbit (who I FINALLY named this morning... she's called Izzy... 'cause she's so fast and races around like mad and makes me dizzy)
I'll try and get to that chat, but I'm still a bit confused about times... I think it's at 1am my time so may not make it

I found it on the chat schedule page, and bookmarked it!

I will try and send it to you.

Take care.
