i'm sitting here smoking my third cigarette of the day
and my face and hands are all numb.
i can't explain this feeling inside of me
but it feels like like there's a hurricane raging
and it's choking me.
i can't think straight
i can't seperate my problems
they're all in one big pile in my head
and it's killing me.
i need a friend.

tell us more... be safe and protect yourself now, kindness to self in down times is very important.. others here will attempt to lift your spirits, but the ultimate decision belongs to you only.. we all are trying and at times not going forward it seems, but have faith in your own wish to heal, its why you came... let others listen and offer advice.. the advice taken is your decision.. wishing you health always..

it's good you are reaching out for support -
sometimes it helps to pour out your problems in a post - not only might you get some understanding and advice from others, but it might also help you to sort them out in your own head so they are not all jumbled up in one big pile.
we are hear to listen.....if you need us....

Hi Red;
You have a whole room of friends here, so come sit and tell us more and how we can help.

I know that feeling, like you can't escape from the pain and feelings and that the walls a closing in on you. Know matter how hard you try this feeling just won't go away. But know you are not alone and there is always someone here to help you, so just come in and post or to a chat room and we will be glad to talk with you and hold your hand.

Hugs
cindy

Howdy, Red!

It is good to have a friend, isn't it? Well, let's see, friends get to know each other, don't they? Why don't we do that, then?

I live by the beach where i can watch the waves and the surfers. I get a lot of joy and peace out doing that.

What is it like where you live? Are there things you like to do? How is the landscape? Are there things you like about it?
What is the one thing that is bothering you the most right now?
What is the one thing that is making you happiest, even if it is only just a little teensy weensy bit happy, right now?

Thanks for being my friend!
