How can you explain that feeling? Lately I suddenly feel crying without any given reason.

Soooo wishing I could explain it. Just let it out. Let the tears come and figure out why later. It helped me. But it angers me when I feel like that.

our minds are very complex and maybe somewhere in the background it is working on projects we arent really aware of.. when we see or hear a thing in the area nearby it might make contact with that inner, invisible work we are doing.. the memory might start to return but our mind has constructed such a safety net that we block ourselves from experiencing the images associated... im no pro, but perhaps the tear gland is triggered and the images and associated emotions are blocked as a matter of subliminal self protection, like the way our brain knows when to breathe without being told... the industry is spending a lot of time to find the exact answers to your questions and without dedicated, highly trained professionals, we would likely never receive the documented truths ......

I also tend to cry for no apparent reason, but believe me there is one. You just don't know what it is at the time. try not to dwell on it, and maybe it will pass.

This is also something that I do...
Let 'em flow; tears can be healing. Sometimes I can gather the things that are bothering me and understand the tears, but many times, it's just a release from some emotion that has built up.

Dear friends, I have a very nice CD by Libera- Angel Voices. I have just found it. Close your eyes and sink into the music. It's a wonderful feeling.
