Silver,
Hugs and more hugs to you... is there anything, any way that you can find something you like to do or listen too? Find it and concentrate on it.

(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((molly)))))))))))))))))))))Even with taking your meds you still get them? Try putting some nature sounds music on while you sleep. Relax and try some yoga or stretches before bed.

Silver - we want the best for you. Find some good music, do some yoga like Canst suggested, focus on something different... don't stay where you're at (in your thoughts and emotions). Yes, it's ok to feel sad... but don't stay there. Be safe.
