one of those days....

Here's a pretty daisy to brighten up your day.
Today was tough, but try and relax now, try and put it behind you... let yourself breath (your mind too)... tomorrows another day and you can make it how you want it to be.
Take care of yourself Manda

(((((((((((( manda86 )))))))))))) I understand, I am having one of those weeks actually. Try to remember to practice good self care, do anything that helps you to relax.

I wish you it is just ONE, and just a day.
Thanks for this!

Sorry to hear you are going through this kinda crap too.
Nobody should have to.
And the really sad thing is, nothing helps me relax.
Well, nothing except one thing... and that doesn't help me relax,
it just helps numb some of emotional the pain for a minute or two...
but not nearly long enough. Ugh...

I don't know if this will help at all, but give this a try:

Road Runner & Wile E. Coyote (or any Looney Tunes characters for that matter)

They're classic, and watching them can take your mind to a place that's totally carefree and nothing can trouble you besides whether or not you're going to have a triple hot fudge sundae for dessert. While you're at it, go ahead and take that sundae, because it sounds delicious =D

*hugs*, and hope things pick back up for you soon ^_^

And more for later if you need em!

oh hunny
please stay safe... cutting is not a relief (even though it feels that way for a short while). When I did it I thought it was the only way for me to cope, it was the only thing that let me breath for a while... but it's a short fix. I have not cut in over a year now, it IS possible... yes it's still hard, but I've had to learn new ways to cope.

There is hope out there...
Take care of yourself and stay safe
Molly
