hi this is asad khan from pakistan. i am 25 years old boy. i feel i have been suffering from major depression and i have lost of things because of this. Now i want to take help with medications before scheduling an appointment i would to ask a few questions on the forum here just to get a rough idea on my possible mental health.

i would like to ask a question in "ASK" section over here. I wonder how can i post there? I dont see any user id login there;

Pls update me on writing 5 posts rule before using chat option.

Thanks for reading

Hi, and welcome. The 5 post rule is simple. After you post 5 times any where then you may go to chat room. Once you sign in you go go anywhere you dont have to re sign in. I hope that helps.
