no... the depression wants you to give in, not you.... and I will pray for you hunny, but I will pray that you are kept safe and that you'll get through this.
Have you thought anymore about therapy? I really think it could be beneficial.

I know you can do this... don't give up... keep trying, we're here to do all we can, but you need to make the steps (little fairy steps if you must) but keep going.

take care,
Molly

I really think that if you are feeling that bad you need to see your doctor, find out if you can see a counsellor or therapist. You don't have to be suffering like this.

Be brave. Go face your fear. It will shrink, it's true.
Go to therapy and give yourself the chance to become the person you want to be.

peace,
nightbird

Dear PuffyPrue,

You need to share what's troubling you. You don't have to get it all out at once, just a little, for some relief. It can be, incredibly liberating. We are all here to listen to you, and support you.

Please, feel better,

Larry

Hey Prue;
I know that depression is a pain in the butt and sometimes it seems you will never feel better again. Crying is ok to do, it's one way your body is trying to release the pain from within, but I do think you should see someone for help, they can give you meds to help with the depression and the crying, and if it takes time to talk with them, sometimes they will ask question that you will answer and it will be of some of the pain that is within you.

I pray that your pain and depression goes away and that happiness is knocking at your soul soon.

Hugs
Cindy

If you keep making appts to go see the doctor and then you don't show up or you cancel. Plan on asking a friend to go with you, pick you up and drive you there. Asking for help is one way to make sure you get there. Love to you
