phone your sw again and explain your really struggling, in the mean time draw strength from us, keep writing down your troubles. Hotlines don't usually help me either... is there anyone else irl you can speak to?

You can do this, I agree with silver moon can you maybe call your sw back and really stress how much you are struggling maybe she can help if she knows how bad it is.

Hold tight sweety! post as often as want, pm or go into chat. Keep yourself going in a positive direction. We all will help you as much as we can, but PLEASE, if you feel like you can't do it, call for help, go to the ER, reach out IRL to anyone at all. Know that you do matter, you are important and once you get through this fog, you'll believe it.

I certainly am sorry that you are feeling so bad Could you get out doors today with someone? Perhaps your SW didn't understand how badly you felt, & it might be good to call her again. You could also contact your General Pract., or go to the E.R. Please keep posting to PC! We are here for YOU!!!
Lots of Hugs,
