it is a weekend, pdoc and T are not available. Gimmeice, Can I have hugs and Kisses? Are kisses to personal? I think kisses can be non-sexual and very helpful, atleast to me.

Today, I am doing better. Had a very rough night last night. Did/do have a headache. Went outside for a few hours. (no noisey bugs or people around) I cant deal with noise. And later went outside with telescope and cats, until it got cloudy. Came in and here i am.

had my first meeting with Sam and we talked and went to cvs for meds, but when she leave i felt so bad. i do not want her to leave me.
