Man-O-Man do I know that feeling, woke up feeling that way again this morning. I was finally able to force myself out of bed, and got to the gym, what an effort that was, but I did it, and am feeling slightly more hopeful now. I have found that when I am feeling so down and hopeless the only thing that will help is to do something...anything to get me moving as difficult as it is sometimes I have to force myself.

Hey Chrise;
There is plenty to keep fighting for, beautiful sunsets, sunrises, people that surround you and the joy you will find one day. Keep posting your feeling, because many of us have felt or is feeling the way you are, so we can talk through our feelings till the calm and can see the light ahead.

Hugs
Cindy
