Nobody gives hoot about me, I am a loser and it will never change. I had a meeting with my supportive living person and she took me to walmart and did some shopping. She was kind of rushing me and wanted to go. She triggered me with talk about her friends, engagement, babies, kids, what she will be doing in 5 years and I will not change, I will still be a loser with a dead end job. She never spends the hours with me that she said she will, it is always shorter. I just want someone to be with me, she can just sit and watch a movie with me and that would be fine. I just want the company, instead of sitting all alone night after night.

I am very sorry that you are struggling, we do care for you here. Isn't this lady supposed to be helping you be more comfortable in social situations to open up the possibility of you meeting others? I am sorry that you are not getting what you would like out of this situation but please be open to what she is trying to do. You deserve a happy life, please know that I care deeply about you and I know that you can find happiness.

i feel really lonely too
all my frnds n cuzns r getting married n hav stuff to do except me
its so annoying

seen my t after work tuesday and talked with her about the lady and they are going to talk, but as i was talking with her i cried. i told her the night before i stood outside in the rain with my pets (buried) and just stood there for 50 minutes talking to them. she said i was a wonderful and beautiful person who is very deserving and affectionnate. i just want to keep hearing those kind of things.

Hey now, the cats don't think your a loser. They look pretty happy, healthy & chill. And what's with the airplane? You fly? Know someone who does? That's cool. My husband says that people can be self-fulfilling professes. So, chin up.

I hope that you can find little things to appreciate in your day... like earlier today, I wasn't feeling so good, so I went outside and watched the beautiful sunset sky... the colors were awesome!

Besides that, I found a comedy on tv for a little while and it helped me smile a little.

It's those little things, like smelling a flower, or walking where the scenery is nice, or helping someone else out (can you volunteer?), or finishing a project (what hobbies do you have, or would you like?) where you feel a sense of accomplishment... those things can and do make us feel better while we patiently wait for some bigger things to come along, yes?

Be well and think positive thoughts when you catch yourself feeling too sad or lonely... remind yourself it is temporary and you have to find some little things to make you smile
