I'm fed up of being beaten down. I'm fed up of it!!!
I would be tempted to say that he (sometimes they) always do it when I'm at my worst, but that's not true. It's constant. Just beats me down more when I'm at my worst.
Do I really deserve it? Am I really that bad? What's it gonna do to me when I leave home? I don't want to turn in to 'that'... it scared me the other day. I did something he'd do... so punished myself. I don't wanna be him. I don't wanna be anything like him. I want to get as far away from him as I can... but i can't.
I hate that he's a big part of my depression now. I'm a robot when he's around, not a person.
Can't type anymore....
....

I am sorry that you are having a hard time. I don't think that you will be like him, you are a very kind person sometimes when we are under a lot of stress we act differently then we normally would. It doesn't mean that we are or are going to be a bad person, please don't be so hard on yourself.

gimme... I'm not going to let myself be like him... never! I'm just having a really, really tough day and I guess it all just got the better of me.
Some bad stuffs happened today and it's really got me down... so guess what... he decided to chip in too. I'm ignoring it, or doing my best to. I know that some day I'm gonna have my own family and treat them with respect and love... hopefully. I'm not gonna let him get to me (easier said than done) but that'll be my mantra
