always getting nowhere. fighting to keep my head above the water for everyone but me. as time passes i'm pulled further out to sea, and i know there is no getting to shore. it's just a matter of time before i sink into the depths. i am alone, there is no help for me.

it's so endless. something comes along to grab onto a little while, and then it's gone. nothing lasts, nothing really helps. my hopes just sink again. i'm always going to be empty and alone.

it's just so hopeless! there is no out for me... there really are just some people who can't be helped, who are totally stuck, and i'm one of them.
so i just eek on miserably until a dark mood takes hold again instead of this simply hopeless one. it's all there is to do...

These thoughts alone...sinks you deeper into your depression and if you sink deeper into it there WILL be less hope for you. Its a self-fulfilling prophecy. *hugs* Be Well I hope what I said helped.
