I'm so sorry to hear that you lost your daughter. That must have been very difficult. I don't know what you're going through but I do support you. Keep coming back here and talking to people here, maybe go to the chat when you can and talk to live people. That might help. I wish you all the best.

Love and Hugs

Sorry about your the loss of your daughter, I know some of what you're going through, I have lost both my parents and a favorite Aunt during this time of year. I too miss the joy of the holiday season and the traditions we had, but we have to try to find the joy again, just remember the good times you had with her and try to live like she is still there, she is in your heart so keep it going.

I am sorry for your loss, there are so many emotions that you must feel around this time of year. Are you in therapy?
Some thing that I suggest is to try some good self care techniques, which consists of doing things for just you. Things that you enjoy and find relaxing, it can be anything really, I like hot baths and reading sometime I even buy certain things to put in the bath water like bath beads and maybe some soothing lotion for afterwards. Also keep posting here if it helps, we also have a grieving forum here too that you might want to check out.

Losing anyone close can easily be overwhelming. But instead of morning over her death this time of year, celebrate her life. Remember her, dont morn for her. Whe wouldnt want you to feel this way.

Lots of hugs.
Wishing you the best!!!
