thank you for allowing me someplace safe to say my feelings instead of having to worry about having the cops called on me again.
i know no matter how bad i get i will not get to the point i have been to. i completely shut down before that, I hate it when i get to the point i just dont care. it is time for me to start to shut down. please just allow me to get my feelings out. i need someplace i can talk to. maybe this is the wrong spot. if it is i am sorry. i will not do it again. |

i'm glad you found psych central. this is a great place to share feelings and get support. welcome. know that this too shall pass. The depression will eventually lift so hang in there until that happens

this place is a good place to get feelings out. I vent here.... pretty often. You're more than welcome to. I'll listen, we'll listen. If I'm online of course
 I hope it helps I know what it is to go numb... I've been to crazy lengths with depression to the point that I go numb sometimes just to stay "safe"... PHYSICALLY anyways. anyways welcome to pc, keep posting we'll listen.

Thank you. it is nice to know i have a place to say something finally. i have not been able to for awhile. i am always afraid of being locked up, and losing everything again.
