How have you made the moves to improve your lives when you're empty, don't have the motivation and you don't really want to feel better? It seems like just going through the motions. For instance, for me to stop pretending everything is Fine and create an authentic connection with a person or three would be a good thing for me, I think (and T thinks so too). But wow, when you don't already have close friendships in place (or for me, close and honest friendships), that is a HUGE job to create them when you're depressed. I feel like I just want someone to carry me around and do everything for me for a long time, ya know?

Well the first step is reaching out, which can be very hard, but we all here thank you for doing just that. Depression can be a very vicious cycle and it feeds on it's momentum, so if at all possible it needs to be addressed sooner then later. Well if you need friends, we are here. We too are looking for someone who can relate. Hope we can help. Take good care of yourself please.
