Have you ever had the feeling that something was wrong but have no idea what? I have had a rough time over the past year with depression. I have taken multiple meds and am followed by the doc every 3-4 weeks. I have an appointment tomorrow and I'm going to have to explain how I'm feeling and how I feel the meds are working. I have felt okay over the past 3 weeks but yesterday and today I have the feeling that something is wrong but I don't know what. It's not really a feeling of impending doom but I just feel like something isn't totally right. I am certainly going to share this with the doc tomorrow but I was wondering if anyone has ever had this happen and if so, what, if anything, did you figure out was finally wrong? Thanks.

i used to keep a daily journal that helped me understand what may have been a "trigger" for me that led me to feel out of whack later. like something created a boomerang affect after an event. with the journal i'd many times have a written log of things that may have caused me feeling the way i did. hope this helps.
