I am having this problem.. more so than before. And.. it seems like it is getting worse. I get into this daydream like state, while staring at someone and I would fantasize about them doing something or having something horrible happen to them. Like.. for example I would imagine someone falling off a building. I would see it as a little movie in my head, it is weird. And what hurts me, is I do it to the people I love... It.. is really scary. And.. I dont know how to tell my doctor. I sound like a nuts psychopath.....

I experience these things.. and have no idea how to address them. I could never cause harm to a loved one... but I do sometimes have these 'movies'. Scary and sad...

well i can see why those "daydreams" would unnerve you. how to tell your doctor...why don't you tell him just like you said it here??? i think you did a good description of why it is scary to you. your doc will hopefully be able to help you with this..to understand what it all means and how to cope.
no i don't believe you sound like a psychopath...it's a genuine concern for something that is happening to you. hope you'll keep us posted on how you are doing.

I do the same thing, apart from i usually imagine myself pushing them. I dont mean to think about it but it just sort of happens. Try not thinking about it and if that fails get use to it. I have grown too comfortable to these images and that is one of the reasons i started coming to this site.
