The good thing for me is I don't have to work on Sat. I'm gonna hide and wait until everything goes back to normal

I think I'd rather be working... keep my mind off things. Valentines day wouldn't normally bother me... but for reasons this year it is and a lot!
I'm gonna struggle tomorrow... even today, knowing it's coming is constantly on my mind. (((((((((ZEN))))))))) (((((((((PRUE))))))))) (((((((((RACHIE))))))))) (((((((((EXI)))))))))

HUGE HUGS FOR EVERYONE!!!
I hate Valentines too. It makes me bitter and sad every single year. I've always thought it's kind of a cruel holiday. I'm going to hide out with a cheesy movie and maybe a tub of ice cream until it passes me by.

((Zen))) i remember those days and it is a pain like no other known.. in the year 2000, a time of change, i chose something different for the dreaded holiday.. i tried a different kind of love that time.. i stood and looked and saw hearts, smiles, hugs, togetherness and i felt joy for the love that is in our world.. i chose to honor what others had, what seemed so good and, love being the most spoken of reason for existence, i decided not to abhor, but embrace.. all... everything around me and this day became a day of love, not only romantic love, but love for all and still, not single as before, i feel this shared community love even tho the ads say its for some romantic getaway somewhere.. for me, it is both and even when i am alone (never), it will still be a community love...

Until a few weeks ago I'd have been dreading it too. Then someone asked me out and I realised that I wasn't ready for a relationship right now XD *hugs* Valentines day sucks. Being with someone doesnt always make you happy

You are never alone here. I know thats not the same . We do all care for you thou ., You are a good person. Years ago I thought forever i would be alone. Valentines day is not the gifts, not the get away, not even the flowers; Its about love. Sharing that. What's wrong with being single......I love it.....only thing I like is having someone around to talk to other than my 6 doggies, but the price one pays when they aren't single is more than I will ever pay again. I'm not divorced yet...probably never will go through with the divorce for debt reasons ( I refuse to take on 1/2 of his debts that are out there in collection & would loose everthing in a bankruptcy)......I would never get married again anyway, so it doesn't matter if I stay married to the jerk or not.
I celebrate Valentines day for myself....my birthday comes only 10 days before valentines day....I have more problems with that not being celebrated than a stupid day made up by people who love to comercialize things
