I think I have depression, but haven't been able to see a therapist yet . I've had some strange physical symptoms and was wondering if anyone else had them?

-Puffy eyes no matter how much sleep I get
-hot flashes
-lack of appetite/early satiety.. Barely eating anything makes me feel super full and sick for HOURS. Anyone else experience these things?
Oh, and I can't gain any weight.

Appetite was a big one for me. I had next to no desire to eat. At one point I was down to one "meal" a day, which consisted of a few bites of food before I felt too full to go on. As a result, I lost a lot of weight.

Hope that helps, and welcome to PC!

hello iheartrevenge,
Isnt it better that you make an appointment with you local GP he/she will be able to tell you after you tell them the symptoms. It could be stress, it could be anxiety it could be a number of things but until you see someone asap its better than sitting around making yourself feel worse and thinking the worse.
I wish you well and take care.

the thing I've noticed with symptoms of depression is they include so many things, you have to rule out other stuff first.

My advice would be to go to a general doctor, as well as the therapist you're going to see. That way you can get both sides of the story
