Iam sick of feeling depressed i have good days. But i feel like iam falling into a black hole and their is no way up i feel i will hit rock bottom i see a therapist iam on meds but i still feel like iam being swallowed up i do not know what to do i feel worthless useless that i can not do anything right

First of all, HUGS:

Depression is awful. I'm sick of it too! But you're doing the right thing by being in therapy and getting on meds, so congratulations for fighting this!!! Hang in there. It's a long process, but this can be beaten and there is a light at the end of the tunnel. In the meantime, be gentle with yourself. Do something good for yourself today -- take a bath, listen to your favourite music, watch a movie (nothing sad!) or go for a walk. It's amazing how such little things can help lift your mood.

hey there, I've felt that way, and I'm not out of the hole but for the most part I've been going up not down. Well except for the past week but that is a temporary lapse because of situations I've been forced to be in.

There is a way out of the whole, even though it seems like it's too powerful to fight.

I have my ups and downs today i was up yesterday I was down I just hate this roller coaster of emotions I can be up one day and down the next even for days then crash
