Dear All,

Does any of you heard about Psychology of Mind (POM)? It is developed from the insight of a philosopher named Sydney Banks. I have deep interest in their theories. Just want to know whether anyone also share the same feeling.

Regards,
Karl

Errr....how about Richard Carlson? He is the author of "Don't Sweat Small Stuff". He has adopted the principles of POM in his profession of of a stress-management consultant.

WELCOME, Karl. Glad you found this board... Can you tell us a bit more about the POM principles, expecially the ones that you find most valuable? Best regards, Peanut
