im not going to bother anymore trying to get help as i feel as though its me so just sweep it under the carpet
 from now on im going to wear my 'happy mask' and pretend everything is great im sorry |

Mask's are great for short term use, but over time they only lead to things being much worse The fact that you can muster up enough energy to even try to be happy shows that you are a FIGHTER (whether or not you believe it). So take all that energy that you are using to hide, and put it out there so you can get the help you deserve. I promise you it will be well worth it. Jacq

The "Happy Mask" will most likely only succeed in making you more miserable. At least, that's how it works with me. You don't have to wear a mask here, unless you want to. Regardless...we are here for you!! Lots of hugs!!
