I have been so angry. I wanna punch someone (I would'nt actually do that though) but it does rn through my head. I hate it when people say: " Oh quit making excuses, there is nothing wrong with you you're just lazy" Whatever! And my husband wonders why I went of on him last night and then just popped in my ipod and ignored him. He said I'm gonna get on psyccentral and tell people how you really are. Whatever. I told him go ahead. They know how it is to have problems like mine. That pissed me off cse it's like he wants to ruin the only thing that helps me. I don't know what gets into him. Most of the time he's the most loving person I have ever met then he gets like this. All because of the stupid papers from the prison to se my bro in law ( I didnt get one and it hurt my feelings, I felt left out) and he thought I did'n want him to go. So he said "I'm not gonna go now I hope ou feel better that I dont get to go see my bro when I aint seen him for 3 ys" Then I feel bad. I did'nt sy anything about not wanting him to go. I am happy for him he gets to see his brother. I just wantd to go in august (theyre going in june) and I did'nt get a bk round check form. IDK mabye this is just bs to even worry about

I think most of what we worry about IS bs....and looking back on it we think....oh no, why did I get so worked up over that....Sometimes I wished I had written it down as a mirror to look into.....So in this case I think you did the right thing.....

We DO know what you're going through. I'm sorry your husband doesn't seem to. Maybe him getting upset with you is his way of showing that he's worried? Some people show their worry with anger or irritation. And I know what you mean about worrying about things that are bs ... I'm pretty sure that's a hallmark of depression, fixating on little things that we build up in our heads to end-of-the-world proportions. Sending lots of hugs. I hope things get better for you soon.

At least it didn't take you too long to arrive at a new perspective on the situation. Whenever another confrontation occurs, just try to achieve that sense of objectivity immediately, because it would be very helpful to do so.
