Pumpkin Coach, the Chronic Pain forum has a thread just for folks with fibro to check in with one another. Folks at PC are great, but the folks in the fibro thread are extra special.

Yep. I cut my pain by cutting out sugar! Who knew? I don't understand why medical doctors don't help us out when these type of things help us! grrrrr

I'm still in pt 3x a week to stretch... but I'm working on the muscles and tendons and soft tissue from a homeopathic sense too... and have cut my pain med (to below what I really need to manage the level I have but still...)

May you find some solutions for yourself!

How?! I'm finally admitting to myself and others that I have a sugar addiction I would like to break. But I'm scared LOL. It's funny, well a little, but serious too, of course.
