Hi,
In addition to multiple mental diagnosis' I have back injuries from a car wreck 15 years ago. I wouldn't compare it to the chronic pain that members on the forum suffer but it's a daily pain. I'm reading the book "Full Catastrophe Living." Most of the patients who follow this belief or healing process suffer from major health problems, deadly diseases or chronic pain. It is a little along the lines of neuroplasticity. I just thought I'd put it out there as it may be of help. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/038530...&robot_redir=1

here is an interesting aid to both mindfulness and pain relief... you can research it under Binaural Beats (stereo sound), or holosync. it has amazing abilities to support the brain as it seeks to repair itself or form new patterns of behavior.
be glad to talk with you about it, if you are interested. i've used the therapeutic model for years and am "in remission" from so many MH diagnoses~ best wishes~ Gus http://free-binaural-beats.com/pain-relief/
