On Nov. 16 10:08pm i hit my lowest low. Mental health is just as important as anything else and right now my mental health is not ok. After two 800mg pills didn't get rid of this ****ed pain and i layed here in fetal position i thought to myself how is living in pain ok what did i do to deserve this? What can get rid of this pain?
Possible trigger:
Alcohol? I have school tomorrow how is a hang over going to help and the pain will be there tomorrow.
Possible trigger:
Text your "best friends" but hey they don't have time for you what is even a reply, they are tired of hearing that you're in pain do they even care of course not they can give a rats *** they have better things to worry about. Well cutting is a copping mechanism for teenagers it helps there pain. But do you really wanna be that girl with scars on your wrists that girl that has to be on watch at a hospital that girl that everyone looks at because how weak do you have to be to cut yourself. Life is tuff you should be able to cope with it get it together you tell yourself. But here you are in fetal position tears rolling down pain just as bad no difference.
Possible trigger:
The throbbing starts **** it worked. My brain goes to the knee for 5min i could handle my pain for once in months i took control of my pain. I decided on the pain the pain didn't control me i controlled the pain. But at the cost of what... my mental health. Mental health is just as important as physical health.
