I got late for my appointment today an hour late and i knew they were going to tell me to reschedule and they did anyway as im walking downstairs i get outside i call my mom and tell her to come pick me up and my legs just give out on me right in front of the door,.i tell my mom and she says she'll be right there.a lady inside the building askes if im okay and i tell her my legs gave out.she tells everyone they can't come through the door even this grumpy lady who says im blocking her way .then she gets help.at the same time my mom shows up and so do a nurse doctor and some other people they ask questions out of concern i tell them i have conversion disorder and then it clicks.i went home and was only down a short time i took a nap and now am back up again but its nice to know thete are kind people in the world besides the grumpy lady lolI fall but kind people help

Well we don't know what the grumpy old lady was contending with now do we? (Hey, it could've been me! )

I have a service dog for mobility because falling is not on my agenda! But he also braces if I need help getting up. Good doggie.

Glad you found compassionate people!

That's great that you're doing better! Sorry you had to go through that. Glad that people were so nice to you.

I tripped and fell a few months ago. Several people came to help. It was nice to know people care IRL.

Passionfruit, I am glad you were around people that could help you. Yes, there are a lot of nice people out there. Everyone is so busy magnifying negative people that it seems hopeless but it is not. Glad you were tended too with such regard and concern. tc

I'm so glad people were there to help and chose to do so. The last time I fell down due to physical disabilities, the police decided I was drunk and put me face down in handcuffs in a parking lot. I like the way it worked for you waaaay better.
