It need to be something tgat I can get from a doctor. No OTC works. It needs to be very sttong. I have bad fibromyalgia. My whole body hurts. Especially my back, neck, shoulders & feet.

You need to speak to your doctor. He or she’ll suggest something. How about taking warm bath or go swimming and do jacuzz/hot tub?

I've resorted to herbal remedies after trying Gabapentin, Pregabalin, and a couple others. I have nerve pain, though, so Oxy and stuff doesn't help, either.
