{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{ ThaCrew}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}

thank you so much for giving up your time each week to come and host a chat that is so beneficial to so many.
Grounding skills and tools are so important for all of us if we are to ever move forward and be able to 'live' our lives. I think before l learnt any grounding skills at all my life was so out of control in some many ways with triggers everywhere l turned leaving me in constant turmoil and hurting very bad most of the time.
Skills that others used were passed to me then here at PC and now as l trudge through the tasks of trying to stay 'here' each day and to get my life back on track l remember those people and l hug and praise them for what they gave me was knowledge and that cant be bought at any cost.
The chat was excellent, it was open and allowed for lots of different discussions and tools to come to the surface for so many.
One of the most important things that PC has taught me is patient and the knowledge of the imporatnce of taking one step at a time, and taking each trigger as it occurs...... take it apart, recognise the feelings and then trying to put in the reality. Easy? no not at all! successful always?No! but perseverance for me to carry on.
Sorry l am waffling.................................once again thank you everyone

safe and gentle hugs to all who need them

Mandy xxxx

Thanks ThaCrew and SilentandScared,

Even though we didn't attend last time, we just see how much this has helped you both and obviously others too.

It so good to hear of everyone's positive outcomes too, having learned tools and how to apply them. Thanks for your encouraging testimony.

H.
