and I have no idea what is causing alters to want out
Weather is lousy, I'm tired but that shouldn't be doin it

Stay safe today sweetie. Are you around people you can trust so as to allow switching? If not then can you take time to find somewhere safe with trusted people (like papa)?
Would writing help those who want out to express themselves enough so that they don't have to fully come out? Maybe the lousy weather has given everyone a bit of cabin fever? I know the rain out here has me feeling cooped up. sorry I'm not full of ideas today  but I am thinking of y'all and sending you some good non-switching thoughts  can ya feel them??

I know for me the harder I try not to switch, the more I end up switching. So if it's safe and you are comfortable then see if you can set aside some time for them to be out. It may ease things a bit. Monty

Sometimes we switch just due to the weather. I guess we just get too bored. We're already cooped up in one body, then having to be house bound due to weather, that makes for some cranky individuals.

I find no rhyme nor reason for when i switch but I do know that if i try to keep them in...I switch even more. Is it possible to find a safe person/place to let them come out for awhile?
