when everything seems to be going right...then SPLAT...things get out of hand and chaotic in seconds! well, thats what happened ta us taday...we started off great but then sat down ta watch tv an all h*ll broke loose...an so we came here tryin ta stay strong an givin people a helpin hand an realized that we switched about 10 times in as many minutes! boy, we have one heckava headache now! but we are grateful that we are able ta help others...cuz in helpin others we help ourselves too...isnt that the thrust of what pc is all about ne way? helpin each other an ourselves???

We are here for you, just as you are here for others. We are listening and we here you--you are not alone. You always help others and give encouraging words. And yes, when we are hurting, it helps to come here and reach out to others and be there to give support and listen so they are not alone, because in that--we are not alone. Helping others is a way to help ourselves because in giving of ourselves, we alot of times get more from the other person. So many times I come here to give support because I care so much for each one of you--and you give me more than I realize. I can feel your pain and understand what you are going through and I can have compassion and we can stand together until one can stand alone again. PC is where we come to hold one another up in our times of need and walk together to help or just sit until you feel safe again. Sometimes no words are even needed, just knowing someone is there means so much. Just know you are not alone, and we are listening and we care. Keep reaching and keep talking as much as you need. We are here for you. dps

yes, we do have those kinds of days. they bite. but, they do not stay forever, so be good to yourselves and you will get through this time. hang in there, honey!

we have some of them days too, in fact alot atm so yes we do keep coming here and trying to help others but sometimes we wonder if we are even doing that right or helping anyone  dont focus too much on all the rough days they do come and go and yet when we are in it falling down the hole we are struggling much it can be hard to see  we are here and we love you all very much keep coming here and hold onto us you help us so much....believe it so much because its so so truethank you for all of you Liz
