I have really tried hard to stay and keep going for the last couple of weeks. But I'm to overwhelmed and the harder I try to ask for help the worse I end up feeling. Feel like I'm getting in trouble or doing something wrong here. I'm just tired. I'm tired of dealing with my MPD and my husbands depression/ panic. I'm just tired of keeping a happy face and going to work full time. Just dont feel like I can say the things I need to say here for fear of being in trouble. I don't know what made me think I could do this. I'm useless here.
