my T wants me to go through memory testing.. wondering how this is done and why .. this was at the end of our session so was unable to get more clear answers ..like what would they be looking at .. ?? kinda scared i will fail

Never had that test before I think...but it doesn't sound like a test you could fail...all the results will do is help figure out more information about you that maybe you or T doesn't know, or do know but it's not clear enough.

I've never heard of "memory testing", now you've got me curious. It may have to do with losing time and therefore memory gaps or how much certain alts may remember about the life they all are sharing.

I don't think it is meant to be anything scary or threatening - the more info your T has the better he/she can help you. Try not to be anxious if you can.
