Wow, thanks for the welcome an makin us feel so welcome here, I have to say it makes it much easier to respond/post again.
Really struggling to be part of the "real world" instead of the inside world we been stuck in for years ; T suggested trying online community to begin learning how to interact better. Sorry if thats too much to tell at first.

I'm glad you like it here. That wasn't too much to tell at first. Whatever you are comfortable with in telling is just fine. I have struggled w/ the real world myself. I don't do too well. Ironic though my T didn't like me spending so much time online. She said I needed real life friends. Well, when I had tried 2 groups on my own & they fell apart, I was- Now what? I have quite a few friends online who understand me. I only recently just met another dissociative. She's over an hour away so I don't see her hardly but we do email. I think online support is vital. You can't find a lot of these people in your own neighborhood. Plus what do you say, Hey, I'm dissociative & I would like a friend...
My T is supportive but we just disagreed on this online bit. I'm happy to hear your T is supportive as well. & also glad you are here.
Love,
RhysMadison

Nope not too much. There is no such thing as too much or too little. It is whatever you feel ok with.

I think you will find some very supportive people here.

I get on in the real world pretty well but have had a lot of practice at it. It will come with time and support.

I am glad to hear to have a supportive T.

Take care.

You're welcome Jinsi! How wonderful that your therapist is supportive of you finding an online community to interact in. Take your time here. Most of us post in bits. A little bit here.............a little more later there..........and so on.

You have nothing to apologize about! Tell as much or as little as you want.
