The Topic is "what is the point" what is the point of grounding. YOu then learn what works for you ... then you have to practice grounding but then for those of you who kinda work on it or have worked on it ..."then what is the point" after that? Come to grounding skills tonight to find out.

Please remember, grounding isn't just for people who have PTSD or DID it's also for those that have ED or are alcoholics and the list continues on and on....

Great points. I wish I could attend. I have a music group on Wed. nights until Dec. Until then I will be looking forward to coming to your group. Sometimes I/we know how to ground ourselves but we don want to! How messed up is that?
