 I don’t know what else to do with Gennoah. She was create in a difficult time on my early childhood and I thought she was going to be my protector Gennoah...had been really verbal and physical abusive. My others alters are so quiet during these hard time. My protector Kory been so quiet also that I feel she is no longer my protector. She is so abusive that I want her to disappeared Can you comment on this please? genn

((((((((((((((Genn))))))))))))))))))) Can you maybe leave her notes letting her know you care about her and that you understand why she is doing the things she is doing but that you are safe now? She was created for a reason. While the environment is changed now, it is all she might know.
Maybe be very gentle with her. It's kind of like a wounded animal. Someone might want to help the animal but the animal tries to bite because all it knows is abuse. With caring and nurturing, the wounded animal can learn that they are safe and begin to heal. Do you have a therapist that might help with this? Please keep us posted. We care.

In my experience an alter acts this way when they are hurting badly and are not being listened to. Give her some time and space to express herself safely and then you will find out why she is hurting so much. Maybe she feels safe enough now to say what is going on for her. You could try listening to music that she likes or writing/drawing so that she will share with you what is going on. I hope you have a T to help you. Let us know how you are.

Agree with Pegasus !!! Your angry alter NEEDS to say something - but is having trouble saying it. Got to find a way to hear the real statement they want to make.
