afraid yesterday

First, thank you Fox and Comp for support yesterday! And the others too who helped. Yesterday was so frightening.

One thing I wanted to post was that while on the way home yesterday, my angry alter Mick kept trying to take over driving. She was shouting at me as well. It made me freak out and really scared me. It was like hearing someone "posses" my body! I was bawling and telling her to leave me alone!

Anyone else have an episode like that? I mean I knew I always had others inside that I talked with and such - and now I know they are me. But this really scared me. Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear you had such a frightening thing happen. I haven't had anything that scary happen while driving but I do have an alter that just "decided" she was going to drive. First of all a different alter is in charge of driving already and second this alter who decided to just up and drive didn't know how and also didn't need contacts.

I hope you can talk to the alter who scared you and let them know how upsetting it was for you.

(Hill)Erik behaved rather simelarly when we admitted ourselves to The Children's Hospital this July, to prevent him from forfilling Host's wishes of ending her life. He came out there to try to forfill the wish...they had to give him a pill to make him very weary...
It was a time of worry!
Suprise too! Apparently there's another way to stop Hill from acting out other than a kick below the belt...

Angry Alter Mick told me last night that she was trying to get me as host to fight for my sanity. She said I roll over too much and was giving up on life itself. She was trying on purpose to make me mad at her because I was not fighting anyone outside of myself for the injustices done. Very odd way to go about making a point if you ask me! But it did wake me up a bit. Boy will T and I have somethings to talk about today!!
