|
im not doing well at all...seem to be spiralling downward and have no back up plan for this kind of thing...going inpatient is NOT an option...so what do i need to do? there is loud noises inside and i hear littles crying and i dont know what to do...im confused, lost, tired and scared...

Hello Jewel,
Sorry for your downward movement. Some time we stop our upward movement and need to just rest where we are. Othertimes we fall backwards. This seems to be normal. Just reach out and catch one of us on the upward and we will try to hold you where you are at, until you catch your footing. We may need help ourselves sometimes, so we don't mind assisting. Yes jewals you are not alone, If it had not been for this place we would not have known wht to do. The worst part of remembering is the alones. The questons on the reality of those memiors. Please do not think you have to go alone. Those of us here are willing to hear and understand that those memiors are real and need valadations to be put to reast. May you find shelter from the storm and know all of your parts are loved and understood here. Safe hugs for all that need it
