Good points:
I survived
Lots of people wanted to help me and showed me that they cared about me
My classroom doesn't look like a disaster zone any more
I had planned my lessons for tomorrow before going in to school

Bad points
I'm so tired I don't know what to do with myself - and this was a training day so there were no students in school.
The computer network has LOTS of problems - and I am the coordinator for ICT and teach a lot of ICT!
My cupboard has been declared a disaster zone
The lesson plans I wrote are basically useless because (a) the timetable has been changed for tomorrow and (b) we were given pages of things we must do tomorrow
I have to find ways of not triggering alice so I function as a teacher not a child. I don't know how to do this; I wanted to work on it with my counsellor but I don't see her till the end of September.
