I am one of genn's alters my name Gennoah... to do this letter I had to place it in a translator, really my language is Spanish.
I am so angry at carring all the memories of the system they have no develop co- conciseness I am the only one. Why is this killing me ..I have all this desire to terminate my life but at the same time think is not fair. We have a lot of alters with talents and others with things that can drive them to not good actions and one of them is me. We are seven...seven lost souls with one deep and empty feeling. Been so angry one of many things that is killing me and I am killing the system Benn soooooo hard just to say that Gennoah...... genn's alter

It took a lot of courage for you to say this and it doesn't go unnoticed. It appears that there are few DID responding here these days as things may have become too intense for them going public. Thank you for taking the time to put your concerns through the translator. You are in therapy and have you mentioned this to your therapist but is he/she not addressing the alters??? For us, anger is strong in some alters and about non-existent in others. Here is hoping you realize what a good job you are doing for your system. But, in actual fact it is important for you to share it with the other parts. Hopefully you have found some 'healthy' relief. My understanding of anger is that is hides many hurties. How are you coming along with this now? Quote:
